Dashboard: Reviewing applications
Summary
Reviewing an application and reaching the right decision as fast and efficiently as possible is the number one aim of the dashboard and is the key principle that runs through the tool's design and development.
The dashboard is equipped with several complementary features that together give a rounded and comprehensive understanding of a customer affordability to facilitate a quick and correct decision. Furthermore, the dashboard has the tools to request additional data, if you suspect some is missing, and to close the application and indicate whether the decision is positive or negative.
Reviewing applications
Once you've opened a given application, you're able to drill-down into all of the information that Assess offers: insights into the accounts and transactions ingested, the affordability of the applicant, and the breakdown of their transactions over time.
The dashboard offers a comprehensive set of features that distill the complex transactional information into easily consumable and actionable ways to help arrive at the correct decision rapidly. This includes key insights and indicators, graphs of balance and income and expenditure and category level breakdowns of all the transactional data.
For more detail on how to use particular components of the dashboard, you will be provided a detailed user guide once you are signed up.
Completing applications
Once you have reviewed and arrived at a decision you should close the application to ensure the state is updated and the application no longer shows on your active application list. However, if you want to review applications you've closed, you can do on the main table by clicking the 'Reviewed' tab at the top.
