Reports where a run has got to, and carries the finished campaign once it is done. result is null until the status is completed, so you poll this one endpoint throughout rather than switching to another when the run finishes.

A run belongs to the organisation that created it; another organisation's run is reported as not found rather than forbidden.

Once a run completes, pass result.template_id to Create Campaign as template_id to turn the drafted campaign into a live one.
