Allow a customer to change a transaction’s (and similar transactions') merchant.
If include_similar is set to true, then all previous and future transactions (i.e. those that are yet to happen yet) that are similar in nature to the specified transaction id will be corrected with the provided merchant.
Similar transactions are determined based on transactions with similar descriptions & amounts.
