Filter campaigns by status. Potential values are subject to change and may be converted
to enums at a future unspecified date.

Value	Description
`live`	Currently running
`paused`	Temporarily paused
`ended`	Finished
`pending`	Scheduled but not yet live (derived, not settable directly)

created_by

string

Filter campaigns by the identifier of the user who created them.

items_per_page

integer

Maximum number of campaigns to return per page. Max 1000, default 100.

page_token

string

Pagination token from a previous request's metadata.next_page_token.
