Affordability Risk Insights introduces three new endpoints offering valuable insights into high-risk transactions and account activity that may impact a customer's affordability position.

These insights are categorised into:

1. Retrieve income/expenditure breakdown reports - Provides a view of customer expenditure relative to income for specific spending categories
2. Retrieve merchant-specific breakdown reports - Provides a view of spend with high risk merchant groups
3. Retrieve a report on a customers unauthorised overdraft - Provides a view of a customer operating their current account in unarranged overdraft

✍️ Description

The release of Retrieve Accounts V3 and Retrieve Account by ID V3 provides three main improvements over the existing Accounts V2 endpoint;

• Normalisation of balance types - Bud is now normalising the balance types that we receive upon ingestion into either booked or pending making it easier for you to know what should be displayed to your customers.
• Normalisation of credit lines - Bud is normalising credit lines that we receive upon ingestion so that the limit displayed is always the total credit limit/overdraft amount of the account.
• Consistent naming of holders object - Regardless of whether you're ingesting parties data or not the name of the holders object will be consistent.
